Personally I feel like if you feel like you need a "foreigner" to help you figure something out that's cool but I feel like it should be 50/50.

Should local law enforcement be allowed to detain illegal immigrants for minor crimes and transfer them to federal immigration authorities?
No they shouldn't get sent federally but if they robbed a bank I think they should serve the time of a normal citizen.
