The sheriff and their deputies must wear body cameras at all times while on duty, and should be allowed to be filmed or photographed by anyone at any time and under any circumstances while on duty, in contrast to civilians. Excepting the sheriff's department, all police departments should be abolished and replaced by civil militias.
